Learn about Argentinian wines at YVCC next Friday

GRANDVIEW – People who would like to taste wines from around the world will have a chance to start with Argentina’s best on Friday, Nov. 15, by registering today for a tasting at Yakima Valley Community College’s Grandview campus.

The Wines of the World program will be hosted by Juan Munoz-Oca, Argentinian born head winemaker at Columbia Crest.

The event is only open to people 21 years of age or older and costs $25. The two-hour event will start at 6 p.m. and will introduce participants to Malbec, the national grape of Argentina, the fifth largest wine producer in the world.
