Prosser theatre to screen film

PROSSER - The Princess Theatre in Prosser will show “In Cold Blood,” the 1967 film based on Truman Capote’s book, on its big screen tonight (Friday), Nov. 15, at 7:30 p.m.

This movie examines the complex psychological relationship between two parolees who committed a mass murder in 1959.

It also explores the lives of the victims and the effect of the crime on the community in which they lived. The movie is rated R and stars Robert Blake, Scott Wilson and John Forsythe.

The Princess Theatre will host a social hour from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in its Green Room prior to the film showing.

The social will include local microbrews and wines available for purchase by the glass. The social hour is free to the public; movie admission is $5 per person. Tickets will be available at the door.
