A. Minutes

Approve minutes of the Sept. 9 Regular Meeting.

B. Claim Vouchers

Approve claim vouchers 80903 through 81001 for the period ending Sept. 23, in the amount of $811,834.

C. Payroll Vouchers

Approve payroll and vendor vouchers 117486 through 117585, payroll direct deposits 22610 through 22705 and payroll vendor ACH 1682 through 1688 in the amount of $318,642 dated Sept. 16.

III. Active Agenda

A. Yakima Valley Office of Emergency Management

Consider resolution supporting a 2.5 percent local assessment increase for the Yakima Valley Office of Emergency Management.

B. Professional Services Agreement - Amendment

Consider resolution approving amendment to the professional services agreement between the City of Sunnyside and M.J. Neal Associates

C. Interlocal Agreement - Yakima County Technology Services

Consider resolution authorizing an interlocal agreement with Yakima County Technology Services for business related technology services.

D. Neon Alley

Review and discuss the proposed costs for Neon Alley.
