G’view cops field many calls

GRANDVIEW – Police officers from Grandview were on the scene of a fire in the 600 block of East Stover Road this past Saturday just after noon to assist fire control personnel.

Grandview officers also made three arrests of persons wanted by authorities over the weekend. Police also arrested a person on a charge of obstructing officers last Friday morning.

Also since last Friday morning, Grandview police have responded to four reports of suspicious activity, two parking problems, a report of an animal problem, three automatic alarms, two domestic calls, three reports of unsecure premises, a report of a juvenile problem, two traffic incidents, a report of malicious mischief, two noise complaints, two reports of harassment and two reports of missing persons.

In that time officers also conducted four welfare checks, provided assistance to citizens twice, served a court order, field four informational calls and provided three agency assists.
