B. Claim Vouchers
Approve claim vouchers 82220 through 82348 and wire transfers as listed for the period ending April 14, in the amount of $621,454.
C. Payroll Vouchers
Approve payroll and vendor vouchers 117972 through 117997, payroll direct deposits 23886 through 23975 and payroll vendor ACH 1779 through 1786 in the amount of $301,987 dated March 14.
D. Zoll Medical
Consider resolution approving a maintenance contract with Zoll Medical Corporation for preventative maintenance.
E. Award of Yakima Valley Highway Improvements Project
Consider resolution accepting bid and authorizing execution of an agreement for construction of the Yakima Valley Highway Improvements to Culbert Construction, Inc.
F. Amendment of Salary Matrix
Consider resolution establishing the compensation to be provided for the position of Commander and modifying the salary of Battalion Chief.
G. Ambulance Transport Services
Consider resolution approving a modified agreement with Sunnyside Community Hospital for Ambulance Transport Services to include language changes regarding healthcare regulatory issues.
