Wines from YVCC’s own Yakima Valley Vintners will also be paired with the menu.
Guerra’s Gourmet Catering was founded 27 years ago in Sunnyside. What initially started with a farm, soon became widely-known for gourmet salsas and pickled vegetables, ultimately expanding into catering.
Executive Chef Chris Guerra. Guerra incorporates his extensive culinary training in French cuisine with his Hispanic roots, resulting in an innovative menu.
In collaboration with YV-Tech Culinary Arts Program students will assist the caterer with dinner service.
Music will be provided by Smooth as Jazz. The duo of Pasente Loving and his wife Tiffany provide an enjoyable evening of dancing music mixing in the sound of jazz, R&B, pop, country and blues. Pasente Loving is originally from Anniston, Ala. He began playing semi-professionally for some of the world’s greatest leaders such as Jessie Jackson, Bill Cosby, and Dick Gregory. Tiffany Loving is talented singer originally from the Tri-Cities.
