B. Claim Vouchers
Approve claim vouchers 82349 through 82442 and wire transfers as listed for the period ending April 28, in the amount of $491,671.
C. Payroll Vouchers
Approve payroll and vendor vouchers 1177999 through 118032, payroll direct deposits 23992 through 24088 and payroll vendor ACH 1789 through 1793 in the amount of $316,118 dated April 15.
D. Amend SMC 5.24 - Pawnbrokers and Second-Hand Metal Dealers and add new chapter 5.60 - Scrap Metal Regulations
Adopt ordinance amending Sunnyside Municipal Code 5.24 - Pawnbrokers and Second-Hand Metal Dealers and add new chapter 5.60- Scrap Metal Regulations.

Consider resolution approving grant from the State of Washington, Department of Ecology for the Sunnyside Municipal Airport Contamination Clean-up.

(Public Notice - Daily Sun News; April 11, 2014) Receive public testimony regarding the Planning Commission’s recommendation concerning the proposed marijuana regulation zoning ordinance language.
B. AWOS Equipment Lease
Consider resolution approving a lease agreement with the Port of Sunnyside for AWOS equipment storage.
C. Tritech Software Systems
Consider resolution approving payment to TriTech Software Systems for online software for ambulance billing cloud services.
D. Change Order - Blew’s Construction, Inc.
Consider resolution accepting and authorizing execution of change order #4 for the Sunnyside Fire Station Addition/Renovation Project.
E. Franklin Avenue Sewer Repair
Consider resolution accepting bid and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Tri-Valley Construction, Inc. for the repair of a sewer mainline on Franklin Avenue.
F. Amend SMC 2.02 - Schedule of Fees & Charges
Receive first reading of ordinance amending SMC 2.02.020(F) regarding youth sports fees.
