The Greyhounds remain undefeated in CWAC action after securing a 4-1 victory last night. At left, Israel Gonzalez of Grandview (10) battles a Viking defender for possession of the ball. Jonathan Mata of the ‘Hounds scored two goals against Viking keeper Joel Dallman. Grandview teammates Alvaro Flores and Fernando Palencia were responsible for the other two goals. Providing two assists was Victor Valencia, Flores was responsible for one assist and Armando Vargas provided another. Dallman denied the dominant Greyhounds 11 times, while Grandview keeper Antonio Garcia recorded six saves. The Greyhounds tomorrow (Thursday) will host their final home match of the regular season against Toppenish.
