Theft reports called in to county deputies

Yakima County Sheriff deputies are investigating a burglary reported yesterday afternoon (Sunday) from the 1900 block of Braden Road near Grandview. Forced entry was made into a residence and a variety of electronics, including two television sets, an Xbox game console and internet routers, were stolen.

Deputies are also looking into a report of a stolen irrigation pump worth about $2,000. The pump was taken from the 400 block of Mountainview Road near Grandview sometime last Friday afternoon.

A woman reported her dog stolen yesterday afternoon from the 2200 block of Forsell Road near Grandview.

Deputies also received a report of the theft of a pair of Nike Jordan shoes this past Saturday morning from the 1400 block of Appleway Road near Grandview.

Saturday afternoon, deputies also responded to a report of two stolen 4-wheelers from the first block of Belma Road near Grandview.

Deputies also responded yesterday morning to a report of cattle on the roadway near the intersection of Gap and South Outlook roads near Outlook.

Since last Thursday deputies have also handled three traffic accidents, a missing person report, a report of a court order violation, a report of a juvenile problem, a livestock incident, a report of gunshots and a report of illegal burning.
