Wounded Warriors supporters

Horizon Quilters Club featured speaker Louise Bianchi (far left) during December’s meeting talks about the Wounded Warrior program. Members of the group support the program, making quilts for veterans at Madigan Army Medical and Walla Walla hospitals. The quilters will next gather at Grandview’s Immanuel Lutheran Church, located at 300 S. Euclid Rd., on Tuesday, Jan. 14. A social hour will begin at 9 a.m. and the meeting will start at 9:30 a.m. A potluck lunch will follow. Anyone interested in supporting the Wounded Warriors program can call Bianchi at 509-781-0730. The Horizon Quilters Club is open to anyone interested in quilting.
