OLDER AMERICAN NUTRITION PROGRAM

Monday, Jan. 27 – Chili dog, tossed green salad with tomatoes, peaches, coffee, tea or milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 28 – Hungarian goulash, green beans, coleslaw, orange, coffee, tea or milk.

Wednesday, Jan. 29 – No Meals at this location.

Thursday, Jan. 30 – Cheeseburger, baked beans, potato salad, apricots, coffee, tea or milk.

Friday, Jan. 31 – Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots, banana, coffee, tea or milk.

Monday, Jan. 27 – Hamburger on a whole grain bun, Romaine lettuce, French fries with ketchup, apple and milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 28 – Soft taco, Romaine lettuce, baby carrots, refried beans, pears and milk.

Wednesday, Jan. 29 – Beef dippers, brown rice, broccoli with low-fat ranch, cucumbers, Mandarin oranges and milk.

Thursday, Jan. 30 – Turkey gravy, mashed potatoes, whole grain roll, green beans, peaches and milk.

Friday, Jan. 31 – Chicken quesadilla, baby carrots, corn, snack grapes and milk.
