Approve 2013 claim vouchers 81755 through 81790 and wire transfers as listed for the period ending Jan. 27 in the amount of $569,813.
Approve 2014 claim vouchers 81668 through 81863 for the period ending Jan. 27 in the amount of $590,850.
C. Payroll Vouchers
Approve payroll and vendor vouchers 117814 through 117847, payroll direct deposits 23389 through 23482 and payroll vendor ACH 1742 through 1748 in the amount of $296,078.03 dated Jan. 15.
D. Utility Bill Processing
Approve, by minute entry, a contract with 21st Century Enterprises for utility bill processing services for February 2014 through December 2014.

Consider resolution thanking Dorothy Aiken for her service to the Board of Parks and Recreation.
