Prestige Care & Rehabilitation – Grandview earns national award for quality care

GRANDVIEW - Prestige Care Inc., a leader in senior living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, owns Prestige Care & Rehabilitation – Grandview.

The Grandview facility has earned the 2014 “Bronze - Commitment to Quality” National Quality Award for demonstrating its commitment to improving care and services to meet the highest national expectations and standards.

The National Quality Awards are presented annually by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living to recognize skilled nursing and senior living care providers that demonstrate excellence in performance.

Eleven other Prestige Care communities also received this year’s Bronze Quality Award from the two agencies.

“We are honored and humbled to celebrate our compassionate staff, who dedicate their time and effort to ensure that our patients and residents are cared for and respected to the greatest degree,” said Harold Delamarter, Prestige Care CEO.

“In all we do at Prestige Care, we never lose sight of our ultimate goal – to enrich the lives of those we serve and to provide the highest quality care possible in each of our communities,” he said.

The facility in Grandview was recognized for its commitment to developing a vision for systematic, sustainable and personalized care and services.

The center also recently earned a deficiency-free survey by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and was recognized with a Five-Star Quality Rating following an extensive review by state officials, putting Prestige Care & Rehabilitation – Grandview among the highest-performing skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in the country.
