YAKIMA – The Yakima Area Arboretum is hosting its “Autumn Bounty” fundraising dinner on Saturday, Sept. 6.
Autumn Bounty features classic garden party ambiance, great food, live entertainment and time to mingle with friends all while surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Yakima Area Arboretum.
The evening will be hosted by Yakima’s John Gasperetti and Melissa Labberton.
Guests will enjoy wine tasting under the last rays of the summer sun with select wineries and live music with the Roderick Jazz Trio. Auction items will include art, garden items, trips, dinners, wine and more.
This year’s featured artwork was created especially for Autumn Bounty by artist Laura Siebol.
The dinner and live auction will be held in a party tent provided by Party Palace. The tent will be decorated in a festive fall theme with hops, pumpkins and
Wine tasting and appetizers will be served on the Founder’s Courtyard, with the silent auction and check-in located in the Jewett Interpretive Center.
The Sept. 6 event begins at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets are available at the cost of $60 each. Eight tickets can be purchased for $480, and table sponsorships cost $600. Table sponsorships include eight tickets, a bottle of wine or pitcher of beer, a table sign and recognition in the event program.
