Vandalism being investigated

GRANDVIEW – Police in Grandview are investigating a couple of cases of broken car windows reported yesterday (Tuesday). Last night a rock was thrown through a vehicle window in the 800 block of West Second Street and yesterday afternoon a man was arrested for breaking the window of his brother’s car in the 2000 block of West King Street.

Officers also are investigating a report of appliances stolen from a back yard in the 300 block of Avenue G.

Yesterday morning police also took a report of possible harassment in the 800 block of West Wine Country Road.

Since yesterday morning police have also handled three reports of juvenile problems, three reports of animal problems, two traffic incidents, a report of graffiti, a noise complaint and three reports of suspicious activity.

In that time officers also made a transport, conducted a welfare check, fielded an informational call and provided two agency assists.
