Free summer camp open to youngsters

Children who want to learn more about robotics, flying, cooking, gardening or designing apps should attend the 21st Century summer camp, to be held Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sierra Vista Middle School this summer.

The free program starts Tuesday, June 24, and runs until Thursday, July 17, and it open to current sixth, seventh and eighth grade students. Participants need to preregister. Forms can be picked up at both of Sunnyside’s middle schools until the last day of school or by calling Hortensia Hernandez at 379-5148. Space is limited to 50 children.
