Approve minutes of the May 27 Regular Meeting.

B. Claim Vouchers

Approve claim vouchers 82647 through 82738 and wire transfer(s) as listed for the period ending June 9, in the amount of $197,691.

C. Payroll Vouchers

Approve payroll and vendor vouchers 118099 through 118128, payroll direct deposits 24294 through 24386 and payroll vendor ACH 1809 through 1816 in the amount of $463,910 dated May 30.

D. Amend SMC - Creating New Chapter 1.17 “Corrections, Adjustments, and Refunds”

Adoption of ordinance creating a new Chapter 1.17 Corrections, Adjustments and Refunds”.

A. Bid Award - Ambulance

Consider resolution accepting bid for one new Type III Modular Ambulance from Lifeline Emergency Vehicles in Sumner, IA.

B. Intergovernmental Local Storm-

water Agreement

Approve resolution authorizing participation in Intergovernmental Local Agreement for Stormwater Permit Compliance Activities between Yakima County and the cities of Yakima, Union Gap, and Sunnyside.

C. Business Internet, Video and Music Services Agreement

Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any and all documents with Charter Communications to obtain services.
