4th of July Pow Wow at Wildhorse

PENDLETON, ORE. – Wildhorse Resort & Casino will provide more than $80,000 in cash and prizes at the 20th annual Wildhorse Pow Wow set for Friday through Sunday, July 4-6.

Wildhorse expects 25 drum groups to be on hand and more than 300 native dancers in the competition. The colorful dance performances, as well as entry to the Native American food and craft booths are free to the

public.

 The grand entry kicks off each day’s events as participants parade into the Pow Wow arena in their colorful regalia to start the dancing and singing competitions. The festivities will take place on the grass Pow Wow arena adjacent to Wildhorse Resort & Casino and begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 4, and 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday,

July 5-6.
