Busy weekend for G’view cops

GRANDVIEW – Police in Grandview are investigating two thefts that were reported over the weekend. One was reported from the 300 block of East Wine Country Road last Friday morning, the other in the 300 block of Adams Street yesterday (Sunday) afternoon. No details on either incident were available.

Police also investigated reports of malicious mischief reported this past Saturday morning in the 200 and 300 blocks of Division Street.

Since last Friday morning Grandview police have also handled two reports of juvenile problems, four reports of animal problems, a report of a utility problem, six traffic incidents, two reports of runaway juveniles, seven reports of suspicious activity, two noise complaints, three automatic alarms, a report of assault, two reports of trespassing, a dispute between citizens and a DUI.

In that time officers also fielded an informational call, served a court order, provided five agency assists, conducted two welfare checks and provided assistance to citizens twice.
