A. Minutes

  1. Approve minutes of the April 28 Regular Meeting.

  2. Approve minutes of the May 5 Workshop Meeting.

  3. Approve minutes of the May 7 Special Meeting.

B. Claim Vouchers

Approve claim vouchers 82443 through 82542 and wire transfer(s) as listed for the period ending May 12, in the amount of $705,925.

C. Payroll Vouchers

Approve payroll and vendor vouchers 117998 through 118061, payroll direct deposits 24089 through 24179 and payroll vendor ACH 1794 through 1801 in the amount of $463,618 dated April 30.

D. Amend SMC 2.02 - Schedule of Fees & Charges

Adopt ordinance amending SMC 2.02.020(F) regarding Youth Sports fees.

E. Gang Prevention and Intervention Agreement - Amendment #1

Consider approval of the Gang Prevention and Intervention Agreement between the City of Sunnyside and Educational Service District 105.

F. Sunnyside Swim Team

Consider resolution approving an agreement with Sunnyside Swim Team for the use of the Swimming Pool Facility at Central Park.

G. Consultant Agreement - YVH Arterial Preservation Project

Consider resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Consultant Agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates, Inc. for the Yakima Valley Highway Arterial Preservation Project (TIB).

H. Consultant Agreement - YVH 16th Street Intersection

Consider resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Consultant Agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates, Inc. for the Yakima Valley Highway 16th Street Intersection (TIB).

I. Street Closure Request

Approve St. Joseph Parish street closure request and event needs for the St. Joseph’s Spring Festival May 31 through June 1, 2014.

A. Amend SMC 2.50 - Citizen Advisory Boards and Commissions

Receive first reading of ordinance amending SMC 2.50.140 regarding Municipal Airport Advisory Board specific requirements.

B. Red Cross Training Provider Agreement

Consider resolution approving an agreement with the American Red Cross for the certification of swimming pool staff.
