Seahawk fever

When Sunnyside’s most ardent Seattle Seahawk fan Brad Denson sent out a call for all Sunnyside 12th Man fans to gather at his South 15th Street home for a 12th Man Super Bowl XLIX rally, he had no idea how many people would show up. Turns out 80 people turned out for last Saturday’s rally at Denson’s Hawk Nest. He was pleased and excited about the turnout. “People just kept showing up,” he said. Denson and all 12th man enthusiasts will be glued to their televisions this coming Sunday, Feb. 1, when the Seahawks kick off against the New England Patriots at 3:30 p.m., going for their second Super Bowl trophy.
