Gannon just misses Top-10 finish at State

Bickleton's Andrew Gannon earned 11th place honors during the Washington state boys 1B/2B cross country championships Saturday afternoon at Sun Willows in Pasco. The senior posted a time of 16:46.3. Gannon missed out on a Top-10 finish by just three seconds, with Nathan Vanos of St. George's crossing the finish line just ahead of him in 16:43.2.

The 1B/2B boys race was won by Kenneth Rooks of College Place in a time of 15:44.6

Taking the team title was Northwest Christian of Lacy with 47 points.
