Reopening planned

— A long standing downtown business is set for a reopening, complete with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Nov. 15.

Shear Delight, a popular hair salon, and Fill’er Up, a new antique shop, located side by side on 1215 Meade Ave. are set to open after months of remodeling.

Owners Shelley and John Dixon hope the businesses will provide additional shop options to visitors and locals.

An open house at both locations will take place from 3-4 p.m. Nov. 15, with a ribbon cutting at 3:30 p.m.
