Breaking News: Man shot to death in cab of pickup

Several jailed last weekend

— Several area residents spent some time Thanksgiving weekend in the municipal jail for a variety of crimes.

Those arrested include:

Alvaro Cerrillo Mendez Jr., 36, of 300 Wilson Highway, Grandview. Booked into the municipal jail Nov. 22 on a Grandview court commitment.

Jeremy Leo Luther, 21, of 724 W. Yakima Valley Hwy., Sunnyside. Arrested Nov. 22 for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.

Daniel Solis, 24, of 6851 Van Belle Road, Sunnyside. Booked into the jail on an agency hold Nov. 22.

Ricardo Rojas, 19, of 205 Pleasant Ave., Grandview. Booked into the jail on a Sunnyside court commitment Nov. 22.

Noe Andrew Gonzalez, 21, of 4300 Independence Road, Sunnyside. Booked into the jail on a Department of Corrections contract.

Amber Noelle Rodriguez, 23, of 409 W. Edison Ave., Sunnyside. Booked into the jail Nov. 22 on an agency hold.

Alfredo Guzman-Torres, 20, of 100 E. Edison Ave., Sunnyside. Booked into the jail Nov. 22 on an agency hold.

Trevor Jay Riney, 28, of 2600 Allen Road Unit 19, Sunnyside. Arrested Nov. 23 for resisting arrest.

Dulce M. Mancinas Guzman, 33, of 625 N. Fourth Ave., Yakima. Arrested for driving while under the influence Nov. 23.

Pedro Pallares Jr., 23, of 880 Linderman Road, Mabton. Arrested Nov. 23 for driving while under the influence.

Sergio Hurtado Jr., 19, of 408 W. Yakima Valley Hwy., Sunnyside. Arrested Nov. 24 for third-degree driving while license suspended.

Michael Jay Coleman, 22, of 740 Fisher Road, Mabton. Arrested Nov. 24 for third-degree theft-under $750.

Amanda Rhee James, 29, of 101 First St., Buena. Arrested Nov. 24 for third-degree driving while license suspended, driving a motor vehicle without ignition interlock and third-degree theft-under $750.

Austin Lee Moses, 40, of 102 S. E St., Toppenish. Arrested Nov. 25 for third-degree theft-under $750.

Pedro Campos-Cruz, 34, of 300 Walla Walla St., Union Gap. Arrested Nov. 25 for violation of a domestic violence protection order.

Michael Jason Espinoza, 35, a transient Sunnyside resident. Booked into the jail for third-degree theft-under $750 and resisting arrest.
