Astria accredited

— The American College of Cardiology has recognized Astria Regional Medical Center for its demonstrated expertise and commitment in treating patients with chest pain.

The hospital was awarded Chest Pain Center Accreditation with Primary PCI in November, based on rigorous onsite evaluation of the staff’s ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients who may be experiencing a heart attack.

“We are proud to have been listed among the best hospitals in America for the care of patients presenting with chest pain or heart attack,” said Dr. Bradley Titus, Medical Director for the Astria Heart Institute Chest Pain Center and Interventional Cardiologist.
