Analysts rank state No. 4 worst states

— Washington earned the No. 4 spot in a new ranking of the worst states for retirement by MoneyRates.com, a personal finance and banking website.

“Though it was worse than the median state for climate, security and proportion of older population, Washington's biggest problem was its economic environment.”
