Grandview Greyhound baseball coach Joe Mora has a chat with pitcher Angel Abarca (L) and catcher Brendan Bardwell during a 23-2 home loss to Ellensburg yesterday, Tuesday. Abarca very nearly pitched out of a based-loaded-no-outs jam in the first inning, before the Bulldogs tallied seven runs in the frame. Grandview’s two runs were scored in the fourth inning. One came home on an RBI hit by Jorge Oros and the other when Anthony Mendoza stole home. Grandview returns to action at Prosser this coming Saturday.
