Sunnyside summer youth baseball programs just received a financial boost, thanks to C Speck Motors in the form of a $500 donation. According Dave Martinez, a youth baseball spokesman, the money will be used to cover tournaments costs, including umpire fees. Pictured accepting the donation are (L-R) Babe Ruth players Tim Martinez and Damon Hurst, Cal Ripken player Jacob Martinez and Babe Ruth player Jacob Mendoza. Representing C Speck Motors is Jesse Arriaga, who also said that for every family member and friend of youth baseball who test drives a C Speck car between now and July 31, Chevrolet will donate $25 per test drive, up to $500 per local baseball program, as a part of the Chevy Youth Baseball test drive campaign.
